Best stay in Europe. Cheap, great location near Duomo. Snacks and champagne as gifts. Host is the nicest person. Private room instead of shared bathroom. Highly recommend.

I arrived at the hotel and was really surprised by its unbeatable location right in the heart of the city. It was just a stone's throw away from the Duomo, making it convenient for exploring Florence. Within a 5-minute walk, there were plenty of charming laneways filled with shops and romantic restaurants and bars for me to discover.

I had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in an ideal location, just a few steps away from the main attractions. The room I stayed in was very spacious and artistically furnished, giving it a unique touch. The cleanliness of the entire place was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I particularly appreciated the secure parking facility, the safety of my vehicle. I would highly recommend this hotel for its really good location, cleanliness, and comfortable accommodations.

We loved that the staff were extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The attention to detail was impressive, with amenities like a huge fan in the room and a private bathroom overlooking a lovely courtyard. Plus, there were plenty of nearby cafes for breakfast. We will definitely be coming back!

The hotel provided free parking in the city center, a great convenience. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities, like a sink and hairdryer. The hotel's location was also fantastic, with major sights within walking distance.

The rooms close to the entrance/reception could hear everything happening in the hall, somewhat disturbing. the shared bathrooms were a bit small and run down.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel for a few nights. The staff, Marco, Samanta, and Azzurra, were all lovely and really helpful. The room was surprisingly large with good facilities and an excellent ceiling fan. It overlooked a quiet courtyard where all we could hear were the birds and the church bells each hour. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city, just steps away from the Duomo. And the best part was the free car parking, although navigating the narrow streets of central Florence and the Italian ZTL restrictions can be challenging.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
